“We are so happy we decided to recently purchase a 1/4 beef from your family farm. We were very skeptical at first because we usually purchase prime beef at the store where we shop, but prices are getting totally out of line for some cuts that we decided to try the beef straight from the farm. More importantly, my hubby happens to be a former cook and at one time owned a restaurant that was known for its good food, so trying this beef was a stretch for us. However, we just now got up from the table where we had, from this 1/4, our first T-bone steak that was so tender, and I'm happy to be able to say it was one of the best steaks EVER!
